We, EX Research Institute Ltd., a Japanese consultant company (hereinafter referred to as “the Consultant”), intend to call for a tender for “Situation Survey on Industrial Chemicals in Vietnam” for “the Project for Strengthening Chemicals Management in Vietnam” under the technical cooperation by the Japanese Government (JICA).

The survey is to be conducted to grasp the situation of import and manufacturing of chemicals in Vietnam by questionnaire survey targeting 1600 or more companies across the country, conducive to develop the National Chemical Inventory.

Eligible applicants located in Vietnam are required to attend the tender meeting (hereinafter referred to as “the Meeting”) to be organized by the Consultant to explain the technical specifications and the procedures of the tender at the Project Office (located at the address mentioned below) at 10:00 (Hanoi Time) on the 29th day of May 2015. The instructions to tenderers, terms of reference of the Survey and application forms for the tender will be passed out at the Meeting.
